Is Social Justice Achievable?

Thousands have set their sights on Social Justice as the answer to many of society’s inequalities and failures. On the face of it, this appears to be laudable and yet the consequences are seen in cities across the globe.

Rising crime, poor housing due to investment failures and social migration. The geopolitical impact leaves the disadvantaged to fight for survival and a meaningless battle of rhetoric is fought on college and university campuses, town halls, schools and on the streets.

The definition presents 4 principles:

  • Equity
  • Access
  • Participation
  • Rights

What does this mean?

This places the individual at the centre of their personal universe, they are entitled just because. But notice something that the Bible teaches about true freedom and equality. The contrasting models of Freedom that is based on responsibilities, loyalty and love with the choice Adam made following selfish interests.

Genesis 1: 26 “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”

Very clear Humans created in God’s image with freedom of choice and a clear duty of care. The caretaker of the home for life on earth.

Breaking the shackles of Social Justice for true freedom

God went further in verse 29: “And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food:30 and to every beast of the earth, and to every bird of the heavens, and to everything that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for food: and it was so.

Now that seems very fair look after the home and expand it, develop it with your children.

So free will and purpose! Achieving the balance we all seek.

Was the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil a test?

Genesis 2: 9 “And out of the ground made Jehovah God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Genesis 2 16 “And Jehovah God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”

At first, it may appear that way. Think about it in these terms, you enter a supermarket to shop for daily provisions, you want basic food and the isles have thousands of varieties all branded and high quality. You head to the checkout, see in another trolley/cart a product another shopper has bought and you decide to take that rather than go back to shelves and collect the product. It is the same but it belongs to the other shopper.

God said to Adam and Eve that tree is mine, all the other trees are yours. They decided that they wanted that tree as well. So naturally, it isn’t going to end well. They knew the cost.

So why the desire to steal from God?

Genesis 3: 2 “And the woman said unto the serpent, Of the fruit of the trees of the garden we may eat: 3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:5 for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as God, knowing good and evil.”

So “the serpent” identified by Jesus as Satan the Devil stated God’s knows if you take the product from his shopping cart he can do nothing about it because you’ll be just like him. He is withholding something that is really your right.

Humanity Gets Social Justice

So the human family achieved the desired independence – rights, access, equity. We share the same outcome as Adam and Eve, pain suffering and death. Participation mostly definitely, humans destroy humanity and the planet we live on.

But is Social Justice True Justice?

True justice is focused on the obligations we have to family, friends and these form society and gel together based on the principles found in the Bible.

It is simple, we can’t be like God! We don’t have the knowledge or capacity to be like God and we certainly need assistance to sort out problems.

So what was the conclusion or solution to our problems? let one of the wisest men summarise that for us Ecclesiastes 12: 13 “The conclusion of the matter, everything having been heard, is: Fear the true God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole obligation of man.14 For the true God will judge every deed, including every hidden thing, as to whether it is good or bad.”

Now let Jesus the wisest human explain what we need to do Matthew 22: 37 “He said to him: “‘You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.’ 38 This is the greatest and first commandment. 39 The second, like it, is this: ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments the whole Law hangs, and the Prophets.”

And those who want true justice and real freedom John 13: 34 “I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, you also love one another. 35 By this all will know that you are my disciples—if you have love among yourselves.”

True Christians promote:

  • Obedience
  • Obilgation
  • Love
  • Responsibility
  • Gods Kingdom
  • Peace
  • Unity
  • Family
  • Freedom

You can find out more about the real issues because we are in a time of decision and the informed choice is so important. Many dismiss the bible because of what they see but those who read it and appreciate that salvation is dependent on what others do but on our choices recognise that now is the time to make that choice. The invitation Christ made was be my follower and choose to Enjoy Life Forever.

Do not miss that opportunity because time is running out as it did for Adam and Eve when they exercised their friend choosing independence and alienation from our Creator Jehovah God.

The End of Suffering – Through the Death of Jesus

Many have spent the last few days thinking about the birth of Jesus, focusing on him as a baby. Celebrating his birth in religious and social settings based on traditions.

How was the birth of Jesus described in the Bible? Luke 2: 10 But the angel said to them: “Do not be afraid, for look! I am declaring to you good news of a great joy that all the people will have.11 For today there was born to you in David’s city a savior, who is Christ the Lord.12 And this is a sign for you: You will find an infant wrapped in strips of cloth and lying in a manger.”13 Suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly army, praising God and saying:14 “Glory in the heights above to God, and on earth peace among men of goodwill.

Note that the account refers to Jesus as the “Saviour” by the Angel. His birth, life and sacrifice would result in “on earth peace among men of goodwill”.

Relevant for today!

Can the birth of a baby over 2000 years ago have any effect on today and our future?

How can his birth bring peace to the earth?

The words of John 1: 29 “The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and he said: “See, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” highlight the role Jesus took on, taking away the sins of the world. How could he do this?

The Bible explains that the scales of justice must be balanced. Adam the first Human is created perfect, his sin is the direct cause of human suffering and death. He passed imperfection to his family. To balance the scale another perfect human life would need to be tested to demonstrate that humans will worship God voluntarily and sacrifice everything. Jesus a perfect man, directly identified by God as his son (Adam is also called a son of God) performed many miracles, taught about God’s right to rule and God’s Kingdom as being the only solution to Human problems. The Bible accounts clearly show Jesus was executed but no crime or sin was found against him. False charges led to his death.

So the scales balanced. To prove this the accounts continue to explain Jesus resurrection and how Jesus was elevated to his father’s side.

Jehovah God appointed his resurrected son Jesus to be the King of his Kingdom the very point of Jesus prayer Matthew 6: 9 “You must pray, then, this way: “‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified.10 Let your Kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth. What is God’s will for the? Simple! the restoration of the conditions given to Adam. These include:

  • Peace
  • Good Health
  • Worthwhile work
  • Homes for everyone
  • Safety and Security
  • Food
  • an end to all the isses that affect human society, including human governments.

The key point to take from this post remains that Jesus as a child had not achieved any of these things, he had to be tested, publicly and the outcome had to demonstrate that a perfect human would serve Jehovah God out of love even to the point of death.

The end to all suffering impacts us be we can “Enjoy Life Forever”, take this opportunity to consider the bible’s discussion of real hope and lasting benefits for you and those you love.

Life and Abortion – Right or Wrong?

Statistics from Worldometers 25th December2021

  • 137,565,316 Births this year
  • 41,907,424Abortions this year

Desire to reproduce

Humans naturally value life, we have a desire to ensure the human race continues, according to the Bible explains why please note the words at Genesis 1: 28 “Further, God blessed them, and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many, fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving on the earth.””

We care about life! The evidence is overwhelming. Fetal surgery is possible after 18 weeks and we celebrate this as an achievement of science. Surgeons have saved a life!

In a nearby, theatre another foetus is terminated after 20 weeks because it is not a life. A strange reflection of rationalising personal decision-making.

Ask the difficult questions

When does life begin? Who determines when a moral wrong is a legal right?

Life is so precious we see how hard we strive to remain alive at all costs. All around the Globe charities are fighting to preserve the lives of newborn babies who are at risk of dying a painful and avoidable death, and yet the developed countries are fighting to terminate the life of the unborn. This is creating a social Paradox.

Why choose to Post this on December 25th?

Today over 1 billion people around the globe will focus on the significance of one new life, whether the date is right or not the words of the Angel in Luke 2: 10 “But the angel said to them: “Do not be afraid, for look! I am declaring to you good news of a great joy that all the people will have.11 For today there was born to you in David’s city a savior, who is Christ the Lord.12 And this is a sign for you: You will find an infant wrapped in strips of cloth and lying in a manger.”13 Suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly army, praising God and saying:14 “Glory in the heights above to God, and on earth peace among men of goodwill.””

This one life had the potential to change the futile existence of humankind. This child atoned for the sins of generations. So at what point did this child matter? Luke 1: 30 “So the angel said to her: “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.31 And look! you will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and you are to name him Jesus.32 This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and Jehovah God will give him the throne of David his father,33 and he will rule as King over the house of Jacob forever, and there will be no end to his Kingdom.””

The account explains that once Holy Spirit had acted this foetus was blessed the child’s life had begun.

So let us answer the question properly.

When humans were created God gave us free will, the right to choose. That choice was simple to follow his guidance and benefit ourselves and society or determine what is right and wrong for ourselves.

Now the choice made on a personal level says whether we are prepared to accept God’s guidance and live by his standards or we only want to answer to ourselves.

A true Christian has no second thought, life is precious, when we were created it was clear we were to take care of all life, therefore, with abortion, there is only one route.

Does that mean there isn’t any hope?

Mainstream churches have softened their stance to the Bible standards over the years but does that mean God’s standards have changed? Never.

So why are conditions carrying on like this for so long when it is obviously not what God purposed. 2 Peter 3: 9 Jehovah is not slow concerning his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with you because he does not desire anyone to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.

Whilst there is time left for salvation all have the chance to get to know God, to align their life and then share the things they find from the bible with others. How? Take time to study the bible! Examine why we can trust God’s word and develop a respect for guidance that never fails us even when discussing the most challenging and contentious of moral subjects.

Where does Justice begin?

Wherever we are in the world society needs to be centred on equality and justice. This forms the core of government, rulership and peace.

Do Peace and Justice come from having a book of laws?

Historically, hundreds of laws are designed not for the poor but the powerful, prevent the loss of property and promote the idea that individual rights come from a document.

Is this where Justice begins? In the USA we see through court reporting how information is skewed, spun and justice is defined by the crowd of media and public opinion in the 21st Century. Justice enshrines the concept of “Innocent until proved beyond a reasonable doubt” a person is guilty. Society no longer sees this as the benchmark.

Justice begins with Love

Yes, it begins with Love for God, Love for neighbour, Love for life and Peace.

Jesus words in Matthew 5: 9 – “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” Peace is an expression of justice, it is a result of pursuing justice and requires that each of us put the needs of others ahead of our own.

Civil unrest isn’t a call for justice, it is a demand for retribution, like baying hounds chasing the fox and when caught the damage is catastrophic.

The first principle we have to acknowledge Ecclesiastes 8: 9 All this have I seen, and applied my heart unto every work that is done under the sun: there is a time wherein one man hath power over another to his hurt. or as another translation renders it “9All this I have seen, and there was an applying of my heart to every work that has been done under the sun, [during] the time that man has dominated man to his injury.”

Death is the final arbiter for us all – we bring nothing into the world and take nothing away, so we are custodians, not owners. Caretakers with a clear job to do. We decided that humankind could effectively take on the responsibility for equality and justice but society failed.

The Apostle Peter tackled the subject of the outcome of Human rulership and what has to happen to achieve, equality and justice in 2 Peter 3: 11 through 13 “Since all these things are to be dissolved in this way, consider what sort of people you ought to be in holy acts of conduct and deeds of godly devotion,12 as you await and keep close in mind the presence of the day of Jehovah, through which the heavens will be destroyed in flames and the elements will melt in the intense heat!13 But there are new heavens and a new earth that we are awaiting according to his promise, and in these righteousness is to dwell.”

Human Rulership is to be dissolved – removed, irradicated and replaced. Now many argue we have the right to run our own lives and that is the choice we are faced with, do we continue to run our own lives, destroy the planet, affect all other life on earthy or do we recognise that we have a limited scope and understanding.

Recently, watching a television series looking at the universe the presenter made an astounding point when speculating about the future, he spoke with conviction and ended with “if anyone says they know or understand don’t believe them” In other words ‘trust me I don’t know what I’m talking about’.

When science, the media and government expect you to blindly follow and believe can you really say you’re running your life? Justice begins with information, knowledge and wisdom, treating everyone as an equal, recognising that we all have strengths and right now weaknesses. When we fail to recognise these things society begins to break down, justice fails, so we need a universal set of standards, consistent government and fantastic leadership.

Reading Matthew chapters 5 through 7 creates a set of principles that can change our lives.

Therefore, Justice Begins with Knowledge, spiritual awareness and consistent leadership. Want to find out more then it is time to research the Kingdom or Government that promises to put an end to all injustice afflicting the world.

True Justice is from God!

The End of Suffering – How can we benefit?

The Bible assures us that very soon we will see the end of suffering. God promises he will remove this ungodly human society and all the problems that go with it, and through all the signs we are given in the bible we know that this time is very soon.

1 John 2: 17clearly states: Furthermore, the world is passing away and so is its desire, but the one who does the will of God remains forever.

So if we want to remain forever in a world where God’s Kingdom has eliminated suffering, illness and hardship, what must we do?

Again the Bible tells us what we must do to benefit from these wonderful blessings. In John 17: 3 This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ. This scripture stresses that we must come to know God. This is not simply saying we believe in God but by becoming his friend, getting to know him and what he requires of us.

Please visit the website and download a copy of the publication Enjoy Life Forever in your own language which will help you find out more about God and all the things he has already done for us.

The End of Suffering – when will the end come?

The bible distinguishes between the “end of the world” and the destruction of the planet and humankind. The clear statements enable all who study the Bible to quickly realize that we are discussing the end of the corrupt rulership, systems of control, commerce and religion, and those who make it happen.

The “end of the world” is the end of wickedness, turning good to bad, principles to problems, honesty and faith things to be kept to ourselves.

When is this change going to happen?

Jesus left a clear sign of the things that will take place just before the change in world rulership. Matthew 24: 7 “For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another.8 All these things are a beginning of pangs of distress.

In the parallel account in Luke 21: 10 Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.11 There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another food shortages and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs.

We continue to experience the escalation of these events and problems and they are now global.

What are the people like? 2 Timothy chapter 3 speaks of a drastic moral decline during a period described as the Last Days. To understand why these must be the last days look at Revelation 11: 18 But the nations became wrathful, and your own wrath came, and the appointed time came for the dead to be judged and to reward your slaves the prophets and the holy ones and those fearing your name, the small and the great, and to bring to ruin those ruining the earth.”

Without that interjection humans will ruin the earth. So we need answers to some serious questions:

  • Who is going to bring these ones to ruin?
  • How is this going to happen?
  • Can we trust the messenger?
  • How much longer do we have to wait? and
  • What comes next?

The answers to these questions are contained in the Bible and it is the right time to begin to dig deep into this book that has guided so many honest people over the centuries.

For assistance in studying the Bible the aid and interactive course materials used in “Enjoy Life Forever” will help you start that exploration.

The Biblical “Great Reset”

The World Economic Forum has discussed since the 1930’s the need for an Economic Reset, Extinction Rebellion demand an Environmental Reset and so many political ideologies look to a Social Reset.

The idea that the reset will prevent everyone is punished for the errors of the past often sparks the the flames of revolution.

Conspiracy theorists look at the events happening around the globe and promote the idea that humanity is approaching a reset point. They are absolutely correct!

The Bible Sets out the present

In describing the period before the point of reset the bible discusses what life is going to be like note the words of Paul to Timothy – 2 Timothy 3: 1-5 “But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here.2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal,3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness,4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God,5 having an appearance of godliness but proving false to its power; and from these turn away.” A very simple description of a world without god.

For those with a faith and who are prepared to share it what reception do they receive? 2 Peter 3: 3 “First of all know this, that in the last days ridiculers will come with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires4 and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep in death, all things are continuing exactly as they were from creation’s beginning.”

But how is this the total reset conspiracy theorists are talking about?

The last days must end and something new must be introduced. James 5: 1-3 “Come, now, you rich men, weep and wail over the miseries that are coming upon you.2 Your riches have rotted, and your clothing has become moth-eaten.3 Your gold and silver have rusted away, and their rust will be a witness against you and will consume your flesh. What you have stored up will be like a fire in the last days.” Silver and Gold are of no value or use. The currency that does work is faith.

Who brings the Revolution?

Revelation 6: 1-17 paints a vivid picture of an invisible conquest, that humans see the impact of and initially ignore the consequence of opposing the new king on his ride to his appointed throne.

As the King takes his throne there is war in heaven and the victor banishes his enemies to the earth, where these enemies gather the political, religious and commercial elements of humanity to face off with the Anointed King.

We are living through that period of damaging ignorance, the so called enlightened guides of today are leading society off the edge of a cliff. “SJW Thought Police” talk of hate speech when other express their personal views on morality, or the need to follow the standards of the bible. Why? Because the Bible is clear in why certain practices are unacceptable.

History has taught us many things but the idea that “history repeats itself” teaches us that Humans don’t listen and don’t learn.

Action today

The building has started to burn, the temperature has risen but it isn’t an immediate threat to life – so we’ll stay where we are. Does that sound like a sane person or response?

When you find a fire in a property what is the first thing you do? Get everyone out, immediately! The alarm rings until the building is made safe, it stops anyone re-entering.

So someone has shouted fire – the universal reset to God’s standards is imminent, how long do you leave it until you check out the alarm call.

From personal experience, having been in a building fire the alarm sounded and the senior person with us said it’s just a drill, but the alarm continued, so we got up to go and the person said no need to panic it’s just a drill. They went out to the landing and asked the person across the hallway if it was a drill, she didn’t know but if the senior thought it was we should ignore it.

Within two minutes large clouds of smoke engulfed the landing and it was almost too late. Why? Because we followed the poor instincts and supposed authority of others.

The moral of this if you hear the alarm check it out for yourself immediately. It will prevent unnecessary suffering and potentially death.

Jesus said the his disciples should “Preach the Good News of the Kingdom” and make more disciples because this is the way to save lives before the end comes.

What the Reset looks like – Enjoy Life Forever

Act now and don’t follow others.

20 years and what has changed?

As I sat in the offices of the Charity Commission at Taunton Somerset on the 11th September 2001 we began to hear of some issues with a potential terror incident in the USA.

By the time we had reached Plymouth Devon, the twin towers were collapsing into the streets below.

World leaders stood up and said the people responsible for the outrage would be tracked down and held to account. A series of events then led to wide spread terror.

The UK was hardened to terrorist attacks with the internationally financed drive for freedom in Northern Ireland. However, the developed countries were dragged into a 20 year battle against a foe they can’t defeat.

Where are we now?

Technology may have changed the battlefield and strategy but the war continues. Government ideologies change, strategic campaigns are adjusted but the biblical truth remains absolute Jeremiah 10: 23 “I well know, O Jehovah, that man’s way does not belong to him. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step.”

Why? Ecclesiastes 9: 11 “I have seen something further under the sun, that the swift do not always win the race, nor do the mighty win the battle, nor do the wise always have the food, nor do the intelligent always have the riches, nor do those with knowledge always have success, because time and unexpected events overtake them all.”

Go back a chapter and look at the wisdom in these words Ecclesiastes 8: 9 “All of this I have seen, and I applied my heart to every work that has been done under the sun, during the time that man has dominated man to his harm.”

Who was in the right or wrong has been lost in the generations and like every family story it gets embroidered upon, perceived injustices are magnified but what is the resolution to any of these issues.

“Let Your Kingdom Come”

Jesus proclaimed Good News – also in Islam the Prophet spoke of salvation, both referred to following God’s Word, obeying his laws and following the one God.

So why the fight? Whose God do you listen to? Well Jesus didn’t speak in an acceptable way for the religious leaders of the Judaic family, he wasn’t addressing any form of Islamic faith, he linked this statement to a Kingdom that had a purpose – the Prophet Daniel identified the Kingdom note the words of Daniel 2: 44, 45 “In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed. And this kingdom will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever,45 just as you saw that out of the mountain a stone was cut not by hands, and that it crushed the iron, the copper, the clay, the silver, and the gold. The Grand God has made known to the king what will happen in the future. The dream is true, and its interpretation is trustworthy.”

Those Kings would include Persia, Egypt, Greece Rome, Britain and America the states that are locked in this spiral of death. I often think about this as two crocodiles fighting in a death roll, neither ready to let go and equally matched. But the Greater Kingdom, God’s Kingdom will crush and put an end to them both. What a challenge!

Now in schools around the Globe the prayer found at Matthew 6: 9 – 13 is said daily, in churches and homes many times a day but how many are ready for that Kingdom? How many will embrace the opportunity to find really peace?

The Comfort

The Kingdom of God does not ask us to fight on its behalf, rather we are show out commitment to that kingdom now by copying Jesus message preach the Good News about Gods Kingdom and the role his son Jesus has in the restoration of world peace.

This is difficult for many to accept because of the things they have been taught, the religious people they encounter and the propaganda of world leaders who have already taken their stand against God and his chosen one.

Let me pose a question to you the reader? Is there any government to your knowledge and in your living memory who has kept all their promises? Or have they been able to deliver the results they set out in their manifestoes?

Has science achieved the good it claimed it would? Resolved the issues with food production or housing and health? Does science explain the root cause of anything or does it continue to create more questions because there is an exception that proves the rule?

Note the words of the Psalmist when they stress the reality of human leadership Psalm 146: 3 “Do not put your trust in princes Nor in a son of man, who cannot bring salvation. 4 His spirit goes out, he returns to the ground; On that very day his thoughts perish.”

Left to human leaders and educators, religious guides and scientists there will come a moment when the sun will not rise on humanity the next day. Extinction is the path we are collectively walking down and the result is more despair, fear and tribulation.

Do not give up – only start looking for the answers yourself, take the time to research and understand why millions alive today have already stepped away from the governments of their countries and become international advocates of God’s Kingdom the universal solution to our stark issues.

Where are we today? 20 years closer to the intervention promised in Daniel chapter 2, 20 years further evidence of human inability to direct their own steps and sadly many have did on the altar of the fight against terrorism with world leaders knowing this was all in vain.

The Bible Gives Us Hope

Hope is the thing many people lack today when we suffer from illness, personal loss, pain and anxiety. This causes us to wonder how can we and do we go on, will life ever get better?

The Bible gives us hope!

Hope is not just an emotional feeling based on dreams and personal wishes. Hope if founded on faith, the reality we see around us everyday.

The Hope the Bible gives is real!

Firstly, the bible explains why all of these things are happening, the reasons behind the suffering and pain.

Secondly, it reveals that these things are temporary.

Thirdly, the bible then reveals the promise God made about our future. Note the words at revelation 21: 4, And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

The tears associated with sickness and death make life seem futile, we are left hopeless because humankind can not remedy the basic issue. Yet God’s Kingdom reveals that it will remove these symptoms by resolving the cause of our concerns.

Where to find Hope! The Bible!

As we search for the answers to life’s big questions and problems the Bible answers our questions directly, the source of the best information? God! Knowing God is critical to find a real long lasting hope, one that endures for eternity. Note the words of Jesus when he was praying shortly before his execution at John 17: 3 This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ.

Knowledge of God and Christ. The Greek expression “to know” goes beyond acknowledging the existence of someone or something. It requires forming a personal relationship so Jesus stated we have to recognise God as our friend, mentor and guide, Jesus leads us to him and we benefit from listening to his words.

How do we make a friend? We first introduce ourselves, get to know the name, address the person by name and communicate regularly. How can we do that? Three ways:

  • Read and Study the Bible everyday
  • Talk to our friend through prayer
  • following through on the guidance found in the bible.

Finding the answers need not be challenging, using online resources we can discover the it is promised that we can “Enjoy Life Forever”, live in peace, good health and without fear.

Learn more about the approaching reality.

How to deal with Stress today

The Bible gives us a wonderful hope for the future, that soon God’s Kingdom will end all suffering.

However, its practical wisdom helps us today too by giving us sound guidance on how to cope with very stressful times.

Jesus said in Matthew 6: 34 “So never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Each day has enough of its own troubles.”

Although, todays problems are a part of life, don’t increase stress levels by adding future problems to them. Cope with one day at a time.

The bible also recommends that we set priorities Philippians 1: 10 that you may make sure of the more important things, so that you may be flawless and not stumbling others up to the day of Christ;
